God to Satan

God made Moses as god to Pharaoh, who was a type of Satan. [Exodus 7:1] The Hebrew word for ‘god’ in this passage is elohiym, the same word used for God Himself…

In John 10, Jesus quoted David:
‘"My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.”
"I and the Father are one.”
‘The Jews picked up stones again to stone Him.
‘Jesus answered them, "I showed you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you stoning Me?"
‘The Jews answered Him, "For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself out to be God."
‘Jesus answered them, "Has it not been written in your Law, 'I said, you are gods?’ [ref Psalm 82, Heb. elohiym]
"If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), do you say of Him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God?'
"If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me; but if I do them, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, so that you may know and understand that the Father is in Me, and I in the Father."’ [John 10:29-38]
Now we know that we are one Spirit with the Lord and we are to reign in life through the One, Christ Jesus. [1 Corinthians 6:17; Romans 5:17]

We further know that Jesus defeated Satan—destroyed all his works—and gave us authority over all his power. [Colossians 2:15; 1 John 3:8; Luke 10:19]
‘You will tread upon the lion and cobra, The young lion and the serpent you will trample down.’ [Psalm 91:13]
‘"Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.”’ [Luke 10:19]
In effect, God has made us as god over Satan, just like He made Moses god over Pharaoh! We are in Christ Jesus, seated in Him FAR ABOVE all rule and authority and power and dominion! [Ephesians 2:6; 1:21]

There was nothing Pharaoh could do to or against Moses. None of his magic tricks worked, and ultimately Moses destroyed his kingdom through plagues and the final defeat at the Red Sea.

Galatians 3 tells us that the blessing of Abraham has come upon us and that, in Christ, we are his descendants. In addition to the material blessing, part of that blessing was that his descendants would POSSESS THE GATE OF THEIR ENEMIES!

If you possess someone’s gate, they can neither go out or come in without your permission. Hallelujah!

Think about it…
