...look down! You are seated in heavenly places in Christ!

These are quantum thoughts! We exist in two different places at once—the natural, physical world, and in heavenly places, too! In fact, Psalm 84:5 says that in our hearts are the HIGHWAYS TO ZION!
In sci-fi speak, that means portals...to Mount Zion and the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem! In our hearts!
Where Is It?
So where exactly is it that we are seated?

We are seated in Christ in heavenly places. And where exactly is that?
'These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him AT HIS RIGHT HAND in the heavenly places, FAR ABOVE ALL RULE AND AUTHORITY AND POWER AND DOMINION, AND EVERY NAME THAT IS NAMED, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.' [Ephesians 1:19-23]
Get it? We're seated in Christ Jesus at the RIGHT HAND OF GOD in the heavenly places...FAR ABOVE ALL RULE AND AUTHORITY AND POWER AND DOMINION, AND EVERY NAME THAT IS NAMED, not only in this age but also in the one to come!
Remember Colossians 2:15? 'When He had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him.'
Not only did Jesus disarm demonic rulers and authorities for us, we're seated far above them! Not only do we have authority over all their power [Luke 10:19] but we've got to look down to see them! We're at the right hand of God, in Jesus, Who we're one Spirit with! [1 Corinthians 6:17]
We're His Body, seated with Him in heavenly places...and ALL THINGS HAVE BEEN PUT IN SUBJECTION UNDER HIS FEET! Every evil spirit is IN SUBJECTION under His feet...and the feet are in His Body, seated far above!
Pray From Heaven
So when you pray, pray from your position in Christ—seated in heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named. Take your place and reign in life!
